You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to the brief until then.
Because the brief is a digital subscription, charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If you believe you were charged in error, or if you're not satisfied with the service within your first billing period, contact support@tirramind.com and we'll review your case.
You may pause your subscription to stop recurring charges while retaining your account. Billing resumes when you reactivate.
